YOGA & TWILIGHT GROOVE; FRIDAY OCTOBER 9th. 

3-8pm, at Montague Farm.  I hope you

can join me for some stretching, relaxation,

dance & coffee, at this beautiful Farm,

in Pevensey. Everyone, please bring your choice

of goodies, to have with your coffee.
